Tea drinking is an art form and the sequence of steps to serving tea is both mesmerizing to watch and at the same time, educational. This mindful activity allows you to slow down and appreciate the present moment.  Our BestrentNJ.com Woodbridge residents at  Fox Hill RunForest View, Evergreen East, Evergreen Forest and Cloverleaf Gardens will have a ringside virtual seat on January 27 @ 7pm when the Woodbridge Public Library presents “The World of Tea.”

The benefits of tea drinking are numerous and if you’re vexed on how to brew the perfect cup, this presentation will illuminate your path by first guiding you on the 5 main tea types. Nina Androski, a noted tea enthusiast will lead this presentation and clearly has the bona fides that deserve your rapt attention. Nina started learning about loose-leaf tea in 2006. She attended the 2015 Coffee & Tea Festival in Valley Forge, PA under the tutelage of Lorna Reeves, editor of TeaTime Magazine. In 2017, she participated in a Japanese tea ceremony with Kuniko Yamamoto from Osaka, Japan at Ramapo College. On a recent trip to South Carolina, she toured the only working tea plantation in North America, The Charleston Tea Plantation, owned by the Bigelow family. Currently, Nina is the Brand Ambassador for Tealightful Tea.
