Tuesday, November 5th marks election day in the United States. New Jersey residents will be casting their votes for candidates at the state, county, municipal and school board level.

Don’t know where to go? Visit the New Jersey Voter Information System to find out where you’re registered to vote. Middlesex County residents who want to plan their votes ahead of time should consider downloading a sample ballot from the Middlesex County Board of Elections. Take a look at your ballot and decide who you want to vote for this year.

Live in Woodbridge and planning to vote? Thanks to high school students from Woodbridge and JFK High Schools, Election Day also marks a canned food drive. Woodbridge residents are invited to “Cast-a-Can-When-You-Cast-Your-Vote” by donating non-perishable food and canned goods in drop-off containers at all polling places in the township. All donations will be collected by local students and brought to the Township Health Center for sorting before being distributed to local food pantries.
