April showers bring on the flowers they say and the blooms of spring lead to a colorful summer. Which makes a good case in and of itself for Edison residents at  Edison Woods, Edison Woods Senior 55+, Edison Village, Blueberry Village, & Rivendell Heights to get out there and congregate on 4/23 & 4/24 for Edison’s Second Annual Tulip Walk Days. 

Just mosey on over to Amboy Ave (Clara Barton section) between Barton and Pleasant from 12pm thru 7pm to enjoy 10 blocks filled with…flowers! On display will be over 120 beds and 50 flowerpots housing over 5,000 tulips and hyacinths. While you’re taking in the natural beauty and the floral smells flood your olfactory senses you may also be getting hungry. No problem because along with live music, they’ll be food and drink provided (and priced) by the vendors but the walk is open and free to all who come.
