From movies to concerts to farmers markets to community celebrations, summer in and around Englewood, NJ means outdoors and entertainment. And as August approaches, there’s plenty of summer fun left in store.
On the film front, the Movies After Dark series continues on Wednesdays and Fridays, located in Van Saun County Park in neighboring Paramus, NJ. On Friday, August 2nd, look forward to a screening of Incredibles 2, while on Wednesday, August 7th, there will be a screening of A Star is Born. As the season continues, the series will host screenings of Ralph Breaks the Internet, VICE, The Lego Movie 2, Little Giants and A Wrinkle in Time. For concerts, head over to Overpeck Park Ampitheater in Leonia, NJ on August 6th, where there will be a tribute concert to the music of Chicago, or head to the 7th annual Jazz Under the Stars Series, held on August 8th at the Englewood Library Front Lawn.
