This powerful intro program is being led by Jim Rose, a retired executive with Johnson & Johnson and long time meditator. In addition to discussing the extraordinary effect of meditation in reducing stress-related responses, improving concentration, and enhancing clarity, he will also present a simple, time-tested, ancient effective meditation technique. Participants can dive right in as there will also be a short meditation sitting on the program as well. A meditation practitioner for more than 3 decades, Rose received his Masters in Education from Rutgers University and has 35 years of on the job experience in Human Resources, employee development and conflict resolution. Recognized by Human Resources Magazine as one of the top HR executives in the US, Jim currently conducts meditation workshops across the globe where he combines meditation and spiritual development to some of the most important aspects of our lives with stress reduction amongst the most salient topics.
