Staying healthy is a community affair. It’s always easier to make better choices when you’ve got a support network of friends, family and neighbors right there with you. At this month’s West Windsor Wellness Fair, prepare to attend trainings, join in the raffle, get some exercise, and bond with your community.

On March 31st, this healthful event, hosted by West Windsor Departments of Health and Recreation will offer a slew of programming, including “Tai Chi With the Mayor,” “Walk With a Doc,” BMI and body fat analysis, blood pressure screening and more. Plus, check out the submissions to this year’s Healthy Living in West Windsor Poster Exhibit, courtesy of the budding artists of the township. Through March 23rd, the Health Department is accepting artwork from its younger residents, aged kindergarten through 5th grade, to be displayed during the Fair. Come out to the West Windsor Senior Center from 1-4pm on March 31st to celebrate healthy living and connect with your community. Remember: healthy living is contagious. Make smart choices for yourself, and help boost the general wellbeing of the township.

The West Windsor Senior Center is located at 271 Clarksville Road. BestRentNJ.com rental apartments situated nearest the center include Delaware Heights, Yorkshire Meadows, Princeton Terrace West Windsor, and Yorkshire Village 55+.
