Grounds for Sculpture is a 42-acre sculpture park located in Hamilton, NJ. But if you’re in Lawrenceville, you can get a taste of Grounds for Sculpture right in your own community. That’s because, since this past fall, Lawrenceville has partnered with Grounds for Sculpture to offer its Sculpture in the Park Exhibit, complete with art from the Artists of the Motor Hall Exhibit.
Located in Lawrenceville’s Weeden Park, this exhibit has provided a backdrop for free community events since it was first erected. This spring and summer, look forward to an array of community events, from Lawrenceville Main Street’s A Night in the Village walking restaurant tour on June 9th to the Spring Arts Festival, coming up on Saturday, June 15th from 12-4pm and held in Weeden Park. Look forward to arts, crafts, activities, music, food and more, plus dedicated kids programming to ensure fun for the whole family.
As the season continues, the park will be filled with the sound of music: starting on June 21st, Weeden Park will be home to free outdoor concerts every Thursday night starting at 7pm.
