Whether you are interested in learning about caring for animals, feeding them or petting them, Old Bridge’s 10 Lil’ Acres Rescued Animal Farm is a perfect local family getaway destination before the wintry cold arrives.
Old Bridge residents at Woodhaven Commons, Woodhaven Meadows and Woodhaven Terrace are in close proximity to the farm located at 116 Texas Road. Local friends recently took their 8 year old grand-daughter for an afternoon of fun feeding the sheep, pigs, chickens and cows…she loved it! The farm includes more than 10 different animal breeds amongst them retired racehorses and ponies in addition to the aforementioned animals.
And speaking of ponies, yes…they have pony rides for a nominal additional fee to the standard $10 entry fee while children under 3 attend for free.
