Woof-woof! That’s the sound of North Brunswick’s most adorable four-legged residents. On Sunday, October 20th, New Jerseyans are invited to North Brunswick Community Park for the 10th Annual North Brunswick Dog-Walk-a-Thon, hosted by the North Brunswick Humane Association.

From 11am until 3pm, join hundreds of dogs and dog handlers as they walk, celebrate and delight in the day’s festivities, all in the name of an important cause. The Humane Association “educat[es] and guid[es] our community in the humane treatment of animals.” As the organization describes on its website: “Through education we hope to raise awareness and stop the cruel, senseless and inhumane treatment of animals.”

So come out on October 20th; enjoy prizes, food and vendors — and know that your presence can make a difference in the life an animal. To pre-register, or for more information, visit the North Brunswick Humane Association online.
