This Saturday, October 7th, Community Park in North Brunswick will be transformed when residents of all ages gather for the township’s annual Heritage Day Festival.

Now in its 35th year, this beloved township tradition celebrates the diversity, talent and community that the town has to offer, featuring everything from a petting zoo and pony rides to crafters, bands, a beer garden and more. This year’s event will have an Oktoberfest theme and kicks off with opening ceremonies at 1pm. At 7pm, the Chandlee Heritage Day Award ceremony will begin, recognizing volunteership in and service to the community, and bringing the festivities from day into night. In the evening, look forward to more food and drinks, fireworks, and a headliner performance by 90s tribute band “Nine Deeez Nite.”

A day for unity and togetherness, North Brunswick Heritage Day is a celebration you won’t want to miss. In case of rain, festivities will be held the following day, on Sunday, October 8th.
