A dramatic pond has just been completed at Harbortown in Perth Amboy. The pond serves as a beautiful centerpiece for all of Harbortown. The surrounding landscaping of trees and bushes, already lovely, will only grow in time. Geese immediately noticed the pond and are now thriving on it! The one acre pond is a functioning retention basin measuring 350 feet by 125 feet. No entrance is allowed.
At the southern end of the pond, a major 8,000 square foot Clubhouse is now under construction. The Clubhouse will have large windows facing the pond, and is expected to open approximately February 2013. Stay tuned for further news about the Clubhouse.
