As December approaches, Woodbridge residents have plenty of arts and entertainment to look forward to.
Next month, Raul Malo will be performing in town as part of the Music on Main Series. A singer, songwriter and guitarist, Raul Malo is known for his eclectic style — ranging from country to latin to jazz. On Thursday, December 5th, Malo will be performing at the Woodbridge Middle School starting at 7:30pm. Tickets are $30 in advance, $35 at the door.
Since 2009, Music on Main has hosted exceptional professional musicians as they perform for residents. This fall, the series has already brought Richard Shindell, the talented American folk singer/songwriter whose songs have been performed by Joan Baez and others. Previous years have seen famed musicians including Peter Yarrow (of Peter, Paul and Mary), Jill Sobule, Joan Osborne Duo and many, many more.
