Every tradition begins at some point in time. For every annual event, there is a “year one”. For Montgomery FunFest, that year is 2015. On September 13th, the Montgomery Business Association is hosting the first annual Montgomery FunFest at the Princeton Airport — inaugurating what it hopes will be a lasting town tradition.
From 12pm to 5pm, over 10,000 attendees are expected to show up for what promises to be a special community experience. The hosts are planning big and hoping for a large turnout, with space for over 200 vendors, artists, nonprofits and food concessions. There will also be performances showcasing local talent, entertainment for children, crafts, merchandise, sidewalk chalk, balloon rides, games and more.
The dog days of summer may be behind us — but the season of festivals, outdoor concerts and community events is still in full swing. Come out to Princeton Airport on September 13th to enjoy the season and celebrate all that Montgomery has to offer.
