Our Maintenence Call Center is off to a great start. Over the past year we have received thousands of service requests. We are pleased to report that over half of those calls were addressed within 2 days. We are committed to further improving upon this level of service. We continue to call you back as soon as the super tells us the work is completed to see if you agree.
There are some ways you can improve your call center experience. When calling, be prepared with your address, unit number, and a detailed description of the problem. In addition, it would be very helpful to tell us that you grant permission for the super to enter your apartment if you are not at home. This will allow us to service maintenance requests faster.
The Call Center is staffed between the hours of 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday. During non-business hours, please contact the Call Center and follow the voice prompts which will route you to the appropriate maintenance personnel.
