Hillsborough is filled with community events for residents young and old. This March, residents can look forward to an array of opportunities to catch local theater productions.
March 6th marks the opening of the Somerset Valley Players’ production of Brighton Beach Memoirs, the classic semi-autobiographical Neil Simon play about growing up in a Polish-Jewish household in Brooklyn in the 1930s. The production will run at the Somerset Valley Playhouse, located at 689 Amwell Road in Hillsborough, NJ, on Fridays and Saturdays at 8pm and Sundays at 2pm through March 22nd. Tickets are available here. Meanwhile, Hillsborough High School will be showing its production of CATS, the long-running Broadway musical favorite about a tribe of cats called the Jellicles. CATS opens on March 6th will run until the 14th at Hillsborough High School, located at 466 Raider Boulevard in Hillsborough, NJ. Tickets are available here.
