Had I not experienced how chiropractic care aided the birth of our first child, I’d have a good less enthusiasm and conviction in writing this post.

Truth be told, we had already done some research on how we – a couple – could prepare for labor and delivery and settled on the excellent Lamaze method that you can learn about by clicking here.

It started with discomfort and aches but the degree of back pain my wife experienced in the later months of pregnancy she had not anticipated. At first, I felt helpless but thanks to a cousin – a now retired chiropractor in Tucson – we were put us at ease. He recommended a course of action and  helped us find a practitioner not far from our home. By her second session with a chiropractor, she began to feel less pain and we were relieved that her final 3 months were less painful than her prior term.
