In Woodbridge, holiday cheer starts early and fills the township. Thanks to the range of programming on deck at the Barron Arts Center, residents will have ample opportunity to take in the season.
The celebrations kick off this year with a special addition, the 2015 Barron Arts Center Indoor Origami Holiday Tree, designed and decorated by Martha Landy, sponsored by Columbia Bank, and featuring ornate folded paper arts created by a cast of community helpers. This exhibit will be on display November 28th through December 27th.
Also opening on November 28th is the Barron Arts Center’s 25th Anniversary Train Show Exhibit, a township staple that delights train enthusiasts young and old. This year’s exhibit features the setup and design of Mike Gelesky, and is sponsored by Access Self Storage of Woodbridge, Middlesex Water Co. & JJ Elek Realty Co.
The township’s annual tree lighting and train show reception will be held December 4th from 5-7pm at Barron Arts Center, while the Holiday Concert, “Brothers in Harmony,” will be held at Woodbridge Middle School, located at 525 Barron Avenue, on Friday, December 11th.
