This weekend, townships across New Jersey will be celebrating Halloween with parades, pumpkin-carving, costume contests and more.
Here’s a small sampling of some of the events coming up:

 

 In Ewing, home of the rental apartments at Delaware Heights, “Trunk or Treat” starts Saturday at 3:30pm at the Ewing Senior and
Community Center. Providing a safe, daytime alternative for trick or treaters, the festivities will have costumed participants go
from decorated car-trunk to decorated car-trunk collecting their loot. Prizes go to the best trunks! This year’s event also includes a
pumpkin carving competition and an animal adoption station.

 

 In Carteret, home of Carteret GardensMeridian Terrace and Meridian Square, the annual township Halloween Parade will take to the streets
this Saturday. Line up at 11:00am to march your creative disguises through the Washington Avenue Business District and take
in the Washington Avenue Street Festival. Look forward to a Moon Bounce, Petting Zoo, Prizes, DJs, Face-Painting and more!

 

In Elizabeth, home to Grandway ApartmentsKings ManorLidgerwood Manor and Glisser Gardens, this Sunday will bring MMBA’s 2nd Annual
Halloween Day Parade. From 1-6pm, marchers will parade from Phil Rizzuto Park down Morris Avenue, all the way to the Bank of America
parking lot. Dance and karate performances, prizes, candy, DJs and clowns will all add to the Halloween merriment! For more information
