As the spookiest time of year approaches, it’s time to look for the best in ghostly and ghoulish events in New Jersey. This year, the Barron Arts Center will be hosting two eerie events to get you and yours into the Halloween spirit.

On October 25th, look forward to a free presentation of “Ichabod Crane: Washington Irving & the Legend of Sleepy Hollow.” Enjoy a stunning presentation by Neill Hartley portraying, first, a narrating Washington Irving, and then the story’s protagonist, Ichabod Crane. The theatrical production will start at 7pm and be presented free of charge, though a $5 donation is suggested. On October 28th, look forward to a Ghost Hunt at the center, presented by NJ Paranomal. A “rare glimpse at the supernatural side of the Barron Arts Center,” the show will teach audience members about paranormal search technology and ghostly places of interest in town.
