Spring is finally in the air, and that means community celebrations and outdoor activities to celebrate the sunshine. This season, look forward to the Lawrenceville Main Street “Jubilee!”, coming to town on Sunday, May 7th from 12 to 5pm.
Now in its 19th year, the Jubilee is an “old-fashioned street fair,” bringing together games, activities, rides, food, refreshments and live music. This year, look forward to pony rides, face painting, a pie-eating contest, inflatables, shopping, plus a wide range of entertainment and vendors. For a taste of what’s in store, check out this video from the 2016 Lawrenceville Main Street Jubilee. This year’s event will be held immediately following the 14th Annual Big Red Race, a 5km course around the Lawrenceville campus that will raise funds to support the School Camp, which has served underprivileged youth for over 100 years. The race kicks off at 10:15am on May 7th. Sign up to participate here.
