It’s that time of year again–egg hunts, parades and photo ops with a certain famous bunny. It’s Easter, and in Woodbridge, that means family-friendly events and opportunities to spend time with the community. This year, Easter Sunday will fall on April 8th. Leading up to the day, Parker Press Park will be hopping with Easter-themed events.

On Saturday, March 31st, visit the park from 10am until 11:30am to take a photo with the Easter Bunny. Smile for the camera and take home this yearly memory. The following weekend will bring a couple more opportunities to celebrate the holiday: on Friday, April 6th, kids can look forward to running around the park and looking for all the colorful eggs buried in the vicinity at the Easter Egg hunt, held from 3 to 5pm.

And last but certainly not least, Saturday, April 7th will bring the Easter Parade. Come out, dress up, and compete for prizes at this festive event. As in years past, “We Feed Woodbridge” will be collecting cans of food to donate to local food pantries. Make sure to bring non-perishable food donations to contribute to the cause.

Parker Press Park is located off at 400 Rahway Avenue in Woodbridge Township. BestRentNJ.com rental apartments located nearby include Gill Lane, Woodbridge Center Plaza, Evergreen Forest, Woodbridge Village, Fox Hill Run and Cloverleaf Gardens.
