The nights are getting warmer, the days are getting longer, and as we approach the official beginning of summer, we are also in the midst of an annual Carteret tradition: Mayor Dan Reiman’s Movies in the Park.
On Wednesday and Saturday evenings this July and August, head to Carteret Park for a range of family-friendly films. The series kicked off earlier this month with showings of Despicable Me, Cats & Dogs 3, Scoob and The Crood. Next month, head to the park for a range of cinematic offerings, starting with Dolittle on July 7th and My Spy on July 10th, and continuing through the month with a host of crowd pleasers, including Sing on July 21st. August will bring films from Matilda to Shrek to Raya & The Last Dragon and beyond, wrapping up with Anastasia: Once Upon a Time on August 28th.
