This weekend in Carteret, there’s no better place to be than Latin Fest. On Saturday, July 22nd, residents are invited to head over to the waterfront for a celebration of all things Latin.
Hosted by Mayor Dan Reiman and the Carteret Business Partnership, this annual borough event brings together music, crafts, vendors, food and drink, and more. This year, it all begins with a performance by DJ Ricky Gutierrez at 4pm, to be followed by Trio Cristal taking the stage at 4:30pm. From there, look forward to zumba, salsa, swing and more. Bring your dancing shoes and bring your energy — the celebration continues until 11pm, and includes a fireworks show and beer garden.
In prior years, this event has drawn thousands of residents and visitors to the waterfront for a lively celebration. Don’t miss the chance to participate in the year’s festivities and find out what you’ve been missing. The rain date for this year’s Latin Fest is Saturday, July 29th.
