How many steps do most people take each day? This September, take a walk for a good cause. On Saturday, September 21st, the Carrier Clinic of Belle Mead is hosting a Walk of Hope and Awareness Day to shed light on mental illness, raise funds for their programs, and invite people out to have a good time.
Now in its third year, the Walk of Hope is a family-friendly event bringing together entertainment, food and fun in the interest of awareness. Each year, one in four Americans is affected by mental illness either directly or indirectly. The Carrier Clinic exists in the interest of making sure that nobody suffers in silence.
Registration on the day of the event begins at 9am, and the walk begins at 10am sharp, continuing until 12:30pm. Sign-up today to participate and fundraise for this important cause.
