This August, visit Woodbridge to see some of the best in life drawing at BODYscapes 2012. For yet another year, the Barron Arts Center is hosting the Barron Life Drawing Group’s annual show. Look forward to over 50 pieces representing the human form as rendered by this talented group of amateurs and professional alike, which meets Tuesday evenings at the Barron Arts Center for two eight-week sessions a year.
The exhibition will be on display at the Barron Arts Center from August 2nd through the 16th. The opening reception will be held August 2, 2012 from 7-9pm and will include light refreshments.
Housed in Woodbridge’s historic Barron Library building, the Barron Arts Center is a cultural hub for Woodbridge and Middlesex County.
Each season, the Barron Arts Center offers musical performances, art exhibits, poetry readings and more. As the summer continues, look forward to “Latin Fusion: Jersey Style,” which will include the work of Latin-influenced New Jersey artists.
