BestRentNJ.com communities utilize a full service Customer Service Call Center responding to over 14,000 tenants. The objective of the Call Center is to quickly address tenants’ concerns ranging from emergency calls and routine maintenance matters to explaining lease related policies such as renewals, notices to vacate, account balances or payment questions.

A crucial advantage of the Call Center for tenants is that management is able to track the performance of your super on maintenance requests. This improves the super’s motivation and makes communication between tenant and management far more productive. Over 25,000 maintenance calls have been addressed since the inception of the Call Center in 2006.

The Customer Service Call Center hours of operation are Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. During non business hours, tenants can leave a detailed voice mail message and the Customer Service Call Center Associate will return the call on the following business day. Should there be an emergency matter they wish to report, tenants can leave a voice mail message with the On Call Super for his immediate attention and follow-up.
