Childbirth and child rearing present couples with many challenges at so many stages of parenting but especially when it comes to newborns and toddlers. Their dependency on the parent demands that we – mom’s, dad’s and caregivers – take responsibility as their caregiving core.

Ewing Township parents and expectant couples at Ewing Town CenterRiver Links and Delaware Heights can step up to the plate together by attending Penn Medicines Princeton Health Community Wellness Baby Care Program on January 25th from 7pm-9:30pm. Attending with a significant other eases fears because being prepared together creates greater confidence enriching the fabric of families and the communities where they live.

Attending couples will engage in discussion with program presenters to learn the ins and outs of infant care, feeding choices, soothing techniques, safe sleep practices and pediatrician choices that give parents a better nights sleep and their little ones the best in care!
