The Garden State has long been known for an abundance of opportunities to enjoy the arts. As of this year, there are even more, thanks to the Avenel Performing Arts Center — now in its inaugural season.

Funded by the Woodbridge Arts Alliance, the Avenel Performing Arts Center is a hub for theater, dance, comedy, music and more. This winter, look forward to performances ranging from Charles Ross’s One Man Star Wars Trilogy to big band Broadway sounds from Tony winner Debbie Gravitte & the Russ Kassoff Little Big Band. In February, the off Broadway hit comedy Men are from Mars,Women are from Venus – Live will be coming to the APAC stage, while March will bring When Irish Eyes are Dyin’: An Interactive Murder Mystery. For a full list of upcoming shows, visit APAC online.

The new arts center also includes Curtains Bar and Restaurant, an eatery featuring an expansive menu and live entertainment.
