With 2020 underway, your new year’s resolutions might have you drinking more water, joining a gym, or spending time with your kids. Or maybe you’ve resolved to take in more arts and culture this year — in which case, you’re in luck: the winter 2020 season at the West Windsor Arts Center is now underway.

On Sunday, January 12th from 4 to 6pm, head to the center for the opening of the Doom and Bloom Art Show, featuring work that highlights the importance of recycling and the negative effects of mounting trash on our planet. All works will be made from at least 80% recycled material, and featured artists will be present to discuss their work. The show will be juried by Vernita Nemec, also known as Vernita N’Cognita, who is the current director of Viridian Artists art gallery.

Later this season, look forward to the Blank Canvas Gala and Art Auction, to be held on Saturday, March 21, 2020 from 6-10pm.
