The Rahway Arts District is quickly emerging as a hotbed for culture, performance, and the arts. Bringing talent and entertainment to the Garden State, Rahway offers something for everyone to enjoy.
This weekend, theatregoers can head out to the UC PAC’s Hamilton Stage for performances of “Fancy Nancy, the Musical.” Staged by the Vital Theatre Company, this show includes a group of friends vying to perform in a play-within-a-play called “Deep Sea Dances”. Families will love watching Fancy Nancy as she performs her unexpected role in the show. “Fancy Nancy, the Musical,” will be on the stage through April 7th.
As April continues, more entertainment will be coming to Rahway. Near the end of the month, theater lovers can look forward to “Himself and Nora,” an innovative and witty song-filled play about a “passionate chambermaid” who falls in love with James Joyce. Directed by Michael Bush, “Himself and Nora” will open on April 24th and show until its final performance on May 12th.
