Getting in and out of Harbortown in Perth Amboy is now much smoother. The final topping of High Street at Harbortown was completed in the Fall of 2012. Last week, the major renovation of the Rt. 440 ramp down High Street was completed. The bumps and construction delays are now gone, replaced by smooth fast access.
