Quack quack! The City of Perth Amboy is bringing the community together once more — this time, by way of its 1st Annual Rubber Duck Race. Organized by the Raritan Bay Area YMCA and Temple Beth Mordechai, this event is sure to bring joy to the families of Perth Amboy.
On Sunday, December 8th, head to City Hall to participate in the fun and make a meaningful impact. Attendees will be invited to “adopt a duck” via an adoption certificate before they race by City Hall Circle. Those with claim to the top five ducks will be awarded prizes.
Part of this year’s Holiday Parade and Tree Lighting Ceremony, the duck race is a great way to spend time with your community and enjoy the wonder of winter. Designed to foster awareness, strengthen, and build support within the Perth Amboy community, this event is destined to become a township tradition.
