No one can deny our collective frustration since March 2020 dealing with the ever evolving pandemic and the postponement and cancellation of events that historically have brought us out of our homes and into our communities worldwide. For Woodbridge residents at Fox Hill Run, Forest View, Evergreen East, Evergreen Forest and Cloverleaf Gardens 2022 signals the return of our annual beloved St. Patricks Day Parade on March 13 @ 1:30pm after a 2 year hiatus.
The parade is brought to you by the good folks at the American Irish Association of Woodbridge who have also combined this years parade with a “Parade for Food” campaign with the outstanding assistance of the local fire departments and the township of Woodbridge who will be collecting thru March 12, the day before the parade at the following locations from 10am – 6pm daily;
- Avenel Firehouse – 346 Avenel Street
- Colonia Firehouse – 250 Inman Avenue
- Fords Firehouse – 667 King Georges Road
- Hopelawn Firehouse – 127 Loretta Street
- Iselin Firehouse – 1222 Green Street
- Iselin Firehouse – 20 Auth Avenue
- Keasbey Firehouse – 420 Smith Street
- Port Reading Firehouse – 916 West Avenue
- Woodbridge Firehouse – 418 School Street
The association is in need of dry cereals, rice, pasta, canned vegetables, peanut butter, jam, crackers, beans, granola bars and canned fruits.

The association is also hosting a “Post St. Patricks Day Parade Party” at the Acacia Youth Center at 95 Port Reading Ave right here in Woodbridge from 4pm-8pm featuring a live band (Shannon Rovers), pipe bands along with Irish step dancers. Food and beverages will be served.
