March is WOMEN’S HISTORY MONTH when some of our most venerable institutions join ranks in commemorating and encouraging the study, observance and celebration of the vital role of women in American & World history.
Along with The Library of Congress, National Archives and Records Administration, National Endowment for the Humanities, National Gallery of Art, National Park Service, Smithsonian Institution and the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum, our very own Florham Park Historical Society is proudly presenting a program that BestrentNJ.com residents at Sun Valley at Florham Park are urged to attend.
On Sunday March 9 at 3pm, The Florham Park Library will present; VISIONARY WOMEN / 3 GREAT ART MUSEUMS. Led by presenter Janet Mandel, the program will explore the legacies of three remarkable women—Isabella Stewart Gardner, Helene Kröller-Müller, and Peggy Guggenheim—who each founded iconic art museums that you can learn about before the presentation by clicking on each one of these women’s names. The event will be taking place at the Akhoury Room A at the library.
Building, preserving and maintaining beautiful communities across the Garden State has been a longstanding tradition here and we invite you to visit BestrentNJ.com’s Apartment Locator page if seeking a new home.
