In the heart of Ewing Township stands a majestic old stone building. Serving as a “historic haven for the arts,” 1867 Sanctuary is a landmark, gathering place and cultural hub for this Mercer County community. And, this year, it’s celebrating its 150th anniversary.
Over the next few months, residents and visitors alike can look forward to performances from some of the most talented artists in the area, including the Grove City College Touring Choir, coming through on Friday, March 10th at 7:30pm, or the Jameson Sisters, performing music of Ireland on Sunday, March 12th starting at 3pm. In the coming weeks, look forward to the McCarter Theater Community Ensemble performing A Christmas Carol on Saturday, March 18th, and a solo and chamber music concert series starting that evening.
